Inspiration for me-comes from many different places
an image here or there
a line in a favorite book
a cobblestone street in central america
an old photograph in my mothers' lime green album
or the perfect cup of tea -the way the light hits the gold rim
in other words
It comes from everywhere.
Edith Holden is a wonderful author and her illustrations are timeless
I'm reading "The Edwardian Lady" and the illustrations are godsend...
